These terms cover your use of the Quillset desktop app and this website. By using Quillset, you agree to them.
License
Quillset grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from (such as the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store).
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and for how you use prompts with third-party AI tools.
Your content
You own the prompts and content you create. Because the app is local-first, you are responsible for backing up your data. Use the export features to keep copies.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Quillset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
